The water was a little rough in some places but it was manageable for us who had never done this before. Bring cheap sunglasses in case you lose them on the jetskis. Bring a towel to dry off after. We learned how to carve tuna for Poisson Cru, we made fresh coconut bread inside a leaf, BBQ tuna with two different homemade glazed sauces, roasted breadfruit, some sort of pumpkin tapioca type dessert wrapped in a banana leaf. There were so many neat skills we learned and it is truly incredible to see how Tahitian people have used…”
